The weekend is upon us, and if you have no clue what to do this weekend, Get Local has you covered. Below are a mix of things to do around Central Florida. Give it a look, choose, and have fun. #KeepItLocal:
Start your weekend off in Blue and White, as the Orlando Magic host the Sacramento Kings at 7 p.m. on Friday night. Afterwards, follow the fun to Church Street for post-game festivities.
And if you can’t make Friday’s game, the Magic welcome the Boston Celtics on Sunday at 6 p.m. to cap off an exciting weekend.
Saturday is meant to set a Guinness World Record when Orlando City Soccer hosts its first-ever pub brawl in downtown Orlando from 3 p.m. until, well late into the night.
If you can’t make it on Saturday, I hope to see you on Sunday. Major League Soccer makes its debut when our local team, Orlando City SC, plays New York City FC in the sold-out Orlando Citrus Bowl.
If you didn't get your tickets in time, flip on ESPN at 5 p.m. and see the stadium filled with 62,000 screaming fans.
Just down Interstate 4 in Plant City, Florida - about a 45 minute drive from Orlando - you can enjoy the final weekend of great tasting Plant City fruits. Enjoy fine art or agriculture exhibits with family and friends.
It’s an all day event (10 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and admission ranges from $5 to $10.
